As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD-related concerns, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I strive to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop resilience while supporting them through healing, growth, and personal fulfillment.
